What
is your online return and exchange policy?
An original
packing receipt dated within 90 days is required for all returns
and exchanges.
You can make
returns or exchanges via mail with an original eagle-resolutions.com
packing receipt. All returns must be new, unused and contain all
original product packaging and accessories. Some items cannot be
returned if opened and used, including holsters, paintball guns.
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Other restrictions
may apply.
Holiday and
seasonal merchandise on clearance at time of return will be refunded
at the clearance price.
All other returns
or exchanges - including those without receipt - will be offered
manufacturers' warranty and repair assistance at 1-888-351-9051.
Sorry, but shipping
charges will not be refunded.
To return an
eagle-resolutions.com purchase by mail:
1. Pack the
item and include all product packaging and accessories.
2. Enclose your
original packing receipt or an online Gift Receipt and be sure to
complete all necessary information.

at eagle-resolutions.com is safe and secure, we realize that some
of our guests would prefer to order via the phone. We invite you

What
are my shipping options?
We offer three
modes of shipping. The Total Time indicates how long it should take
from the time you place your order until the time you receive your
order. Some products cannot be shipped Rush or Express due to federal
regulations or size restrictions. Shipping restrictions will be
clearly identified in the product description and/or on the checkout
screen.
If you order
online or by phone, you will be notified at the time your order
is confirmed if an item is on backorder. Backordered items will
be shipped within 30 days.

Pricing
For orders less
than $200, Standard delivery is priced based on the price of item(s)
of your order. Rush delivery is the Standard price plus an additional
charge of $8. Express delivery is Standard price plus an additional
charge of $18.
For orders over
$200, Standard delivery is determined at 9%, Rush delivery 11% and
Express 15% of the total price of your item(s) before tax.
For certain
large and/or heavy products, a special shipping rate may apply and
the retail price of that item will not be considered. These special
shipping rates will be clearly indicated in the product description.

if I don't have a packing receipt?
We want to ensure
your eagle-resolutions.com returns and exchanges are fast and convenient.
If you misplaced your packing receipt, in most cases you can still
make a return or exchange by mail. You can also print a gift receipt
after the item ships by checking Order Status on eagle-resolutions.com.
A gift receipt entitles you to a merchandise voucher.
If you misplaced
your packing receipt and want to mail your return, please include
the following:
1. The item
you are returning, including all product packaging and accessories.
2. A note with
your name, address and order number.

item I bought yesterday is now on sale. Can I get the lower price?
If we advertise
a lower price in the week of, or in the week following your full-price
purchase, simply mail in your original receipt. We will refund you
the difference. Sorry, no price adjustments can be made for clearance

is Express Checkout and why should I use it?
Express Checkout
is a fast way to buy because you fill out just one form before completing
your purchase. You can choose Express Checkout if you are:
Shipping to
only one address
Not in need
of gift wrap or gift messages
Paying with
a credit card

and signed in with eagle-resolutions.com, Express Checkout is even
faster. We'll fill in your form for you after you customize your
Checkout settings in My Account.

What
if I am sending items to more than one address?
You can send
to as many as 8 addresses per order. To do this, just check the
box on the Bill/Ship page to tell us you are sending to more than
one address. You'll then be able to add and edit shipping addresses
from the Shipping page.
1. Place more
than one order online. For instance, if you needed to ship to 10
addresses, place one order for the first 8 addresses. Then, place
a second order for the remaining 2 addresses.

I send my package as a gift?
We're happy
to offer gift wrap on most eagle-resolutions.com purchases. We will
also include a personalized gift message per shipping address which
can be up to 4 lines, 26 characters per line. Only one message is
possible per order.
Gift Wrap costs
$5.00 per item.
Some products
cannot be gift wrapped due to size. These products will not offer
the gift wrap check-box option on the shopping page.
One free Gift
Message per ship to address can be included at no additional charge.

Do
you ship orders outside the U.S.?
ERRII.com
is currently unable to ship orders to International addresses (including
Canada) nor are we able to accept orders from non-U.S. residents.
We are pleased to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses
using Standard delivery only. When shipping to an APO/FPO address,
delivery may take 3 to 6 weeks.

Will
I be charged sales tax?
Orders shipped
to most of the United States are subject to sales tax; exceptions
include the states of Alaska, Hawaii and Vermont. The amount of
tax will be calculated based on state and local sales tax rates
for the shipping address.

Why
do some items indicate that they will ship at a later date?
There are two
reasons that your item may not ship immediately. It may currently
be on backorder or it may be a special order item.
If the item
is backordered, it means that we do not currently have that item
in stock, but that we expect more in the near future. Your Order
Confirmation e-mail will indicate that the item will ship at a later
date and you will receive a letter indicating when you can expect
it to ship.
If the item
is a special order, it will be indicated as such within the product
description. Some special orders are pre-orders, which allows you
to reserve and buy the item before it is released. Some special
orders are items that need to be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
The product description will indicate when you can expect to receive
these items.
In either case,
your credit card will not be billed until the items actually ship.

If you need

assortment of products available for purchase online. We know our

Backordered:
This item is currently out of stock. The item has been reserved
for you and it will be shipped as soon as possible. An online gift
receipt will be available after the item has shipped.
Canceled:
This item has been removed from your order, either at your request
or due to inventory issues at ERRII.com. You should receive an
e-mail notice regarding the cancellation. An online receipt is not
available on canceled items.
Exchanged:
This item has been returned to ERRII.com and replaced with an
alternate item. The new item will arrive 10 business days after
ERRII.com receives the original returned item. The online gift
receipt for the returned item is no longer valid.
Held:
More information is needed to process your order. If necessary,
ERRII.com will call, write and/or e-mail you with a request for
additional information. Your order will remain in held status until
all the information is received. An online gift receipt will be
available after item(s) has shipped.
Partially
Shipped:
One or more of the items you ordered has left the ERRII.com distribution
center and is on its way. The remaining items are still being processed.
If the shipping carrier you selected provides tracking numbers,
you can use that number to track your package on the carrier's Web
site.
Processing:
Your order and payment information have been received and your order
will be sent within the specified shipping time frame ERRII.com
will notify you if your order requires additional information or
if there is a delay with your order. An online gift receipt will
be available after the item(s) has shipped.
Returned:
This item has been returned to ERRII.com and a refund has been
processed. A credit or refund check will be issued to you within
2 business days. Online gift receipts are not valid on returned
items.
Shipped:
Your item has left the ERRII.com distribution center and is on
its way. If the shipping carrier provides tracking numbers, you
can use that number to track your package on the carrier's Web site.
You can print an online gift receipt for this item.
Sold Out:
The inventory for this item has been depleted and the item is not
available for reorder. An online gift receipt is not available for
sold out items.
Special Handling:
This item has special handling requirements and will ship separately
from your other merchandise. An online gift receipt will be available
after the item(s) has shipped.
